Gordon-Darby, Inc. is Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's partner in providing vehicle emissions testing communications and data management under the Texas Information Management System. Gordon-Darby maintains a central Vehicle Information Database and a network that allows communications between the database and all emissions testing analyzers throughout the state. To participate in the Texas vehicle emissions testing program, stations enter an agreement with Gordon-Darby for Texas Information Management System services.
Established in 1982 in Louisville, Kentucky, Gordon-Darby is a U.S.-based company that provides our state customers with vehicle emissions & safety testing, fish & game licensing, information management, and call center services. Our core values emphasize innovation and quality in everything we do. Gordon-Darby has contracts in Arizona, New Hampshire and Texas.
